Thank you to all who attended the 47th Annual Scientific Meeting of the society. A record number of delegates attended this meeting. The invited speakers delivered exemplar presentations which stimulated vibrant discussion on the day and on twitter (#irishneph).

Vincent Dolan Memorial Medal :

We are delighted to announce the 2015 Irish Nephrology Society call for the Medical Research Charities Group / Health Research Board project grants. You will find here the following documents:
- Applicant guidance notes
- Part B: Application form
- Right to respond form
Note that only one applicant per principal investigator will be considered.
Applications will be awarded according to the following schema:
- Scientific Quality and Innovation (50% of marks)
- Expertise and Research Environment (20% of marks)
- Relevance and impact of the research on the goal(s) of the charity (30% of marks)
The closing date for applications will be Monday 30th November at 5pm. Late applications will not be accepted. We expect to provide outcome results in July 2016.
